Senior Scientist, In Vitro Pharmacology
Axonis is seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist, In Vitro Pharmacology to join our growing team. This individual will report directly to the Director, In Vitro Pharmacology. The successful candidate will have expertise developing and applying in vitro pharmacology techniques for models of neurological, psychiatric, and pain disorders, and have hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing in vitro pharmacology assays that inform efficacy, potency, and the mechanism of action of novel therapeutics. This role offers the opportunity to drive in vitro assay development and compound screening efforts, manage external collaborations, and present key findings to leadership and other stakeholders.
Senior/Principal Scientist, DMPK
We are growing our DMPK team at Axonis Therapeutics with a new Senior/Principal Scientist, DMPK role reporting to the Senior Director, DMPK. This role will be highly visible, collaborating cross-functionally from discovery through clinical development. You will drive the DMPK strategy at the program level. This position will work closely with Medicinal Chemistry on small molecule optimization toward development candidates within the CNS area. You will continue into early clinical development working closely with Clinical Pharmacology. The successful candidate will bring experience working with project teams at the intersection of Chemistry, Biology, and Toxicology. Axonis is Boston-based with a global footprint and hybrid work environment.
